Mechanical - Senior Project Managers and Department Head

As Department Manager you will oversee and conceptualize the design of projects, supervise and review the HVAC design; maintain and develop design standards; train and mentor HVAC staff members; and manage various projects. As part of the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Department, projects will include: Institutional; Multi-use properties; Office buildings; Educational facilities; Tenant fit-out projects.

Additionally, the Department Manager will also maintain existing client relations and assist the marketing department in establishing new client relations.

Although the department and position is based in our Lehigh Valley office, travel to satellite offices will be required to support projects, clients, and staff in those markets.

Project Managers must demonstrate a solid knowledge of client relations, staff management, delegation of responsibility, and ability to mentor subordinates and junior engineers.     Civil Drafter/Designer

    Entry level drafting opportunity - must have demonstrable skills and experience w/AutoCAD 2004 within a civil engineering environment. Land Development Desktop experience a plus – training will be provided. Primary responsibility: assist with production of Civil Engineering drawings. 1 year experience preferred but will consider recent technical school graduate.
