Description | Engineering in the forensic realm can involve many roles. The vast majority of testimony by engineers is offered through reporting and deposition and on occasion will go to a Finder of Fact. Thorough preparation is key to successfully presenting your opinions in these litigated matters. This seminar will focus on the rules of conduct, the means of providing testimony, and the methods of preparation and delivery of the testimony. This presentation includes overviews of the litigation process from the speaker’s decades of experience in this field.

- Preparing your resume for scrutiny.
- Preparing your opinions and defending your report or work product.
- Managing documents.
